Becky Wenner Becky’s Fitness Company offers a variety of fitness classes:

Adventure Boot Camp for Women:

is taught by Becky at 5:30am at Fort Totten Park in Bayside NY. Please visit www.QueensBootCamp.com for more details.


On Site Health and Fitness Services:

including various exercise classes and wellness seminars for groups, corporations, organizations and individuals. Becky’s Fitness Company offers a wide variety of classes at your home or office. These classes are taught by Becky at a time to be determined by your schedule! Whether the classes focus on cardiovascular health, strength training, or mind-body disciplines, each class will accommodate all fitness levels.

The class lasts for one hour and includes “shock therapy” for your muscles and metabolism! The classes will utilize weights, exertubes and functional training to develop muscle strength all the while having fun and burning excess calories!

Each class contains a 5-10 minute warm up, a cardio workout and or resistance training, an abdominal workout and a 5 minute stretching component. Kickboxing, Step and Cardio classes are also available.

Please call for rates and program development. Programs include but are not limited to Corporate Wellness, circuit courses for lunch groups and more!!
