I love working out in the morning, but only one gym near me has just one morning circuits session so I tend to workout at home most of the week. The cross-trainer I have is a very good one, but only increasing the resistance and the same old tunes on the pod can get boring. So I wanted something else to do, wanted to use my dumb-bells more and wanted that thing to push me as hard as I push myself.
As someone who takes his time before making a decision I was delighted when I found Becky's site and chose this workout as it looked a good one to try.
The rest of the downloadable workouts available on the web are too fluffy and new-age/self-help in style. Although still friendly Becky's style is direct, to the point and pushes you.
The workout is superb, has just the right amount of rest time and keeps you going. The 30 minutes go by in a blur and because you can choose you own weights even the strongest of people would find it a decent workout.

When I started this, I expected a traditional weight workout. I should have known better! The speed on this is much faster than I'm used to for a workout with weights, so I lowered the weights to make sure my form was good. I didn't think I would get as much out of it with the lighter weights, but still got a fantastic workout. I was sore the next day, and could definitely tell that I had worked hard. This is a good weight workout to do at home that won't leave you missing the gym.
