I thought I had done it all in terms of ab workouts, but the up & down planks got me using my muscles in ways I've never imagined. I also liked how she worked other core muscles including lower back. By the time I finished the circuit with the knee-ups, I felt like my legs weighed a ton (a feeling which lasted far after the workout.) And she got my heart rate up, a nice bonus for an ab workout.
